Where can I book the trendic hotel?
Bookings can only be made online. Take advantage of our direct booking discount by booking your room via our homepage: www.trendic-hotels.com The discount will be deducted automatically when you book.
Can I book a room for a longer period?
A stay of up to 29 days is possible without further consultation. If you would like to book an even longer period, we ask you to simply book the room a second time.
Do I need a credit card for every booking?
No, because we have several payment options.
When will my bank account be debited?
After completion the booking.
What happens after booking?
Directly after booking, you will receive a booking confirmation incl. invoice (depending on the payment method) via e-mail. Please also check your SPAM folder! You will receive the access PIN via e-mail and SMS the day before your arrival.
How does a short-term booking work?
You will immediately receive the access PIN via e-mail and SMS. Please also check your SPAM folder!
You have not received a booking confirmation?
In this case, please also check the SPAM folder of your e-mail inbox. If you have actually not received the booking confirmation, please contact us by e-mail.
How many rooms can I book at once on trendic-hotels.com?
A guest can book a maximum of five rooms.
How can I make group bookings?
Group bookings must be requested directly by e-mail.
Are there extra beds and baby cots?
Only baby cots can be booked with us, larger extra beds are not available.
Is breakfast offered?
We offer a small selection of packed breakfast portions in our snack vending machine. A more extensive fresh breakfast with seating is available Monday to Saturday at our neighbouring bakery 250 m from the hotel.
Can parking spaces be reserved?
No, you cannot reserve a parking space with us. However, there are enough available.
What is the minimum age required for an overnight stay at the hotel?
To book a room, you must be of legal age. Children of all ages are of course welcome as guests accompanied by a parent or guardian.
II. Rates and prices
How much does parking cost at the trendic hotel?
Our parking spaces are free of charge for hotel guests.
What does the overnight stay for children cost?
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge, even if the room is already occupied by two adults.
Are there special conditions for companies?
Yes! This is possible on request by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Which payment methods can I use at the snack machine in the check-in area?
How can I pay at the coffee machine in the trendic lounge?
Coin money: € 0,05 - € 2,00
III. Arrival and departure
When can I move into my room at trendic hotel?
You can move into your room from 3 pm.
Are parking spaces available?
Free parking for hotel residents is available directly in front of the accommodation.
How does the check-in work?
With the four-digit PIN, which you have received by e-mail and SMS, you must open the check-in door - only possible from 12 o'clock.
Afterwards you have to check in at our check-in terminal - only possible from 3 pm.
After check-in, you will receive your activation code, four-digit PIN, room number and WLAN password from our check-in terminal.
Now you can move into your room. To do this, you must open the room door for the first time with your activation code. You can then operate all doors for the duration of your stay with the four-digit PIN.
Until what time can I use the room?
On the day of your departure you must have left the room by 10 am at the latest.
Is a later departure possible?
No, unfortunately a later departure is not possible.
Can I extend my stay spontaneously?
You can of course extend your stay if there are still free rooms available. To do this, simply book a room again via our website. Due to our automatic booking system, you will be sent a new code after a successful booking. This means that you have to vacate your room normally by 10 am at the latest. With the new code you have to check in again and thereby get a new room, PIN and activation code.
What to do if I forgot something in the room?
If you have forgotten something in your room, please contact us by e-mail.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
Unfortunately, there is no luggage room available for our guests.
Can I use the lounge / cellar before 3 p.m.?
No, you can use the facilities of our hotel only after you have checked in.
What travel documents do I need to carry?
You need a valid passport or identity card. At the guest registration (check-in) it is required by law to identify yourself with an identity card or passport. This document will be scanned at our check-in terminal.
How does the check-out work?
In our hotel is not necessary to check out. You have to leave the room at 10 o'clock at the latest. Please note: You will not be able to enter your room with your code after 10am. Therefore, make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
IV. Questions during your stay
Can I have mail or packages sent to the hotel?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. We generally do not accept mail or parcels. You are welcome to have it sent to the nearest postal station (Feneberg, Bahnhofstraße 14, 87616 Marktoberdorf, approx. 1.3 km).
Are there barrier-free rooms? How can I book them?
Yes our trendic hotel has a total of ten barrier-free rooms on the first floor, one of which is handicapped accessible. You can select this option during the booking process.
Can I smoke in the room?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our trendic hotel.
Will my room be cleaned?
Yes, your room will be cleaned every day by a cleaner, who will also change the terry towels on request.
What is available in the trendic lounge?
In our trendic lounge, a self-service kitchen with fully automatic coffee machines and microwave is at your disposal. In addition, our vending machines offer a wide selection of chilled drinks, snacks, regional specialties and hygiene products.
How long is the trendic lounge open?
The trendic lounge is open 24 hours.
What can I use to eat my food from the vending machine?
There are recyclable disposable cutlery in the vending machine and additional tableware is also located in the self-service kitchen.
Is a bathrobe provided for the sauna area?
A bathrobe is not provided. Please use the large shower towel from your room. You will find a changing room and shower area in the sauna.
When can I use the sauna?
The opening hours of the sauna are from 10 am to 10 pm.
Is there a guest folder in our trendic hotel?
We have a digital guest folder, which you will receive by e-mail with your booking confirmation. In your hotel room there is a QR code, there you can directly access our digital guest folder.
V. Room facilities
How are the rooms equipped?
Each of our allergy-friendly rooms at the trendic hotel offers a cozy and modern atmosphere with its generous 24 m². Each of these rooms has the following features: comfortable king-size double bed, shelf cabinet for storage, 43 inch flat screen TV, Netflix (for use with own account), large desk with chair, comfortable lounge chair, tea and coffee station, bathroom with shower / WC, hairdryer, towels, fridge, safe, underfloor heating and free high-speed WLAN for comfortable working.
How is the suite equipped?
Our suite of the trendic hotel has basically the same features as our other rooms. It additionally has a separate living area with two box spring single beds (put together as a double bed).
Is wifi available in the trendic hotel?
Our trendic hotel offers you a free high-speed WLAN.
How do I get the access data for the WLAN?
You will get the wifi code printed out at the check-in machine.
Are the rooms in trendic hotel air-conditioned?
No, there is no air conditioning in our hotel. However, a ventilation system ensures a good living climate throughout.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
There is a small refrigerator in each room, which you can fill yourself.
Is there coffee and tea in the room?
Yes, each guest can prepare coffee, tea and hot water in the room.
Is there a safe in the room?
Each of the 21 rooms has its own safe for valuables, which can be operated via a numerical code.
Is there a telephone in the room?
No, none of the rooms has a telephone. There is a telephone in the entrance area for emergencies.
Is it allowed to smoke in trendic hotel?
No, the trendic hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas (trendic lounge, kitchen, cellar).
When do I pay for my stay?
In our trendic hotel you pay when you book.
Which credit cards can I use to pay at trendic hotel?
Will my specified credit card be charged automatically when booking online?
No, the credit card is checked and serves as a guarantee for your booking. The overnight stay is paid only upon arrival at the hotel.
Can I book on trendic-hotels.com without a credit card?
Yes, you can pay for your stay by instant bank transfer.
Can I pay my hotel bill on the spot?
Our trendic hotel has no reception, our system runs digitally. Therefore, payment on site is not possible.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked through a booking portal, please do so directly with this partner. If you have any changes to your booking or wish to cancel, you can do so using the link sent to you via email with the booking confirmation.
What are the cancellation conditions at trendic hotel?
- In case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
In case of early departure of the customer after check-in, a refund of the agreed price for all booked services is excluded.
Will I be refunded the payment already made in case of cancellation?
Yes, if the cancellation was made within the deadline.
Are there any costs for a cancellation?
There will be a cost if you are outside the cancellation period.
Which corona proofs are necessary to stay at trendic hotel?
For all tourist guests the 2G principle applies and
for all business guests the 3G Plus principle applies.
CHECK-IN IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITH THE FOLLOWING PROOFS:
Tourist (2G principle): with a complete proof of vaccination or a medical certificate of recovery + photo from identity card/passport.
Business (3G Plus principle): with a negative PCR test (max. 48 hrs.), a complete proof of vaccination or a medical certificate of recovery + employer’s confirmation + photo from identity card/passport.
For the PCR test, follow-up testing must be performed every 72 hours.
The written proofs (vaccination certificate incl. front page, negative PCR test result or medical certificate of recovery + employer’s confirmation + photo from identity card/passport) must be sent in advance to: email@example.com
Accommodation is only possible if the above conditions are are met!

Is there a hotel bar?
Is there an ironing and laundry service?
Our hotel does not offer ironing and laundry service. You can check our digital guest folder to see where the nearest ironing and laundry service is located.
